Pet owners need to get some facts straight. One of the most important things that pet owners can do is feed their pets from different dishes. Cats and especially dogs don’t like to share feeding dishes. Forcing pets to share dishes can cause fights and overeating.

Start by buying each pet their own dish and placing them in different parts of the feeding area. Keep in mind that a dog dish should vary in size depending on the size and shape of your dog. Obviously dog dishes should be bigger than cat dishes.
